Developing Workplace Wellbeing

Ideal for senior management teams and people managers, this one day workshop will help delegates to understand the importance of wellbeing issues and how they can be approached to support both your duty of care as an employer and organisational performance.

With a focus on improving understanding around wellbeing issues and its impact on workplace culture and effectiveness, session content and focus can also be tailored to align to priority areas within your organisation.

 

Building Resilience

This workshop is designed to give delegates the tools they need to take control and be more productive and mentally healthier as a result - helping individuals to develop a greater appreciation of self, of others and of the environment around them.

In advance of the session, delegates will also complete a mental toughness psychometric test, offering insight into current resilience levels as well as offering personalised feedback on areas that could be developed and strengthened.

This in-house workshop is ideal for delegates of all levels who are interested in developing self-awareness and personal resilience.

 

Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid is an educational course that teaches people how to identify, understand and help a person who may have a mental health issue. In the same way as we learn physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to recognise those crucial warning signs of mental ill health.

Specifically designed to support individuals in dealing with ‘crises’ situations prior to professional help arriving, this session also offers participants the confidence, knowledge and understanding of mental health problems so they can support and guide colleagues appropriately.

Ideal for people managers or those with an interest in workplace wellbeing and health and safety.

 

The Internal Coach

This workshop will help delegates to develop inspirational and motivating leadership styles that create dynamic and positive working environments.

Supporting the development of coaching skills and methodology, the training is structured to help participants learn about different coaching techniques and models as well as key skills for delivering effective coaching sessions.

All the tools and models explored during the session can be taken back to your workplace and used to support internal coaching activity.

 

Leading for Results

This session supports executives to explore emotional intelligence and self-awareness in more detail – helping them to understand the alignment of leadership behaviours to organisational performance and how different behaviours can result in different outcomes.

An interactive, supportive session, it is ideal for senior leaders and people managers looking to develop their leadership skills and encourage improvements in workplace relationships, productivity and effectiveness.
