Northern Finalists in Abundance at Investors in People Awards 2016



Over twenty organisations working with IIP North of England delivered by IDG have been shortlisted for the Investors in People Awards 2016. The Awards, which received over 300 entries from across the globe, celebrate the best people management practices amongst the Investors in People community - recognising the people and teams that make the difference every day.

With 19 shortlists announced so far, finalists from the North of England are represented in 16 categories which is a fantastic achievement for all of the organisations and the region. 

Finalists from IIP North of England include:

  • Alex Hynes, MD – Northern Rail - Leader of the Year (over 250 employees) 
  • Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust – Long Service Employer of the Year

  • The Wilf Ward Family Trust – Long Service Employer of the Year

 

With Platinum Employer of the Year and IIP Practitioner of the Year shortlists to be announced in the coming weeks, it is an exciting time in the run up to the IIP Awards ceremony in June.  

Taking place on Wednesday 29th June 2016, this year the Awards night will be held at Old Billingsgate, London with a special celebrity compare.
