Workplace Wellbeing and Mental Health Awareness workshop

Workplace Wellbeing and Mental Health Awareness workshop

Workplace Wellbeing and Mental Health Awareness workshop

Adult Mental Health First Aid awareness (Full Day)

Our 1 day workshop provides a great opportunity to explore the topic of workplace wellbeing, providing knowledge and practical tools and tips to take away. From debating the impact of wellbeing on performance, delegates get the opportunity to discover what the different components of wellbeing mean in practice, creating a stock of ideas to take back to the workplace. The workshop also encourages delegates to be mindful of wellbeing against three different perspectives: the organisation’s perspective, the leadership perspective and an employee’s perspective. We encourage open debate around each to reveal the elements and opportunities that will make a healthier and happier workforce.

To help bring about positive change, we will help delegates to develop a true understanding of ‘self’ to reveal what causes wellbeing issues for them and how they can positively manage their resilience in the future. Building upon this, the workshop will provide skills to support others as well as explore the opportunities to be an Advocate of wellbeing in the workplace. The session will conclude with an active discussion around next steps to at both an organisation and a personal level.
