A special event hosted in partnership with IDG and Wellbeing Works, you will learn more about the factors that incrementally drive wellbeing improvements and how other organisations are creating psychologically safe workplaces. 

Drawing from best practice case studies in sectors such as health, emergency services, housing, insurance and transport, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in interactive exercises and Q&A sessions to support your understanding of psychological safety and its impact. 

With the chance to share and discuss experiences with other delegates, you will also start to identify relevant actions for your organisation. You’ll also be introduced to Wellbeing Insights (Wbi), an organisational and personal wellbeing prediction tool that can help you to effectively direct resources for maximum impact. 

This is a great event for decision makers who are interested in improving their approach to wellbeing and engagement challenges and in particular identifying current or future pressures around workplace health and resilience.

Any delegate attending the session without a full and confirmed booking will be charged an administration fee of £25 per delegate (plus VAT.

Two places per organisation may be booked free of charge. Any additional delegates from the same organisation will be invoiced a delegate fee of £25 each (plus VAT). 

If you wish to cancel your place, please contact us as soon as possible. If after your booking has been confirmed you do not attend the event on the day without cancelling within one working day, we will levy an administration charge of £25.00 (plus VAT) to cover our administration costs.

IDG reserve the right where necessary to cancel events at any time. By completing and returning this form to IDG, you are confirming agreement and understanding of the booking conditions.
