Psychological Safety in the legal sector. The missing link to high performance?

Psychological Safety creates a working environment where people can thrive. Join us at our interactive workshop for legal sector organisations to discover how it links to your performance.

A special event hosted in partnership with IDG and Wellbeing Works, you will learn more about the factors that incrementally drive wellbeing improvements and how other organisations are creating psychologically safe workplaces.

Drawing from best practice case studies, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in interactive exercises and Q&A sessions to support your understanding of psychological safety and its impact. With the chance to share and discuss experiences with other delegates, you will also start to identify relevant actions for your organisation.

You’ll also be introduced to Wellbeing Insights (Wbi), an organisational and personal wellbeing prediction tool that can help you to effectively direct resources for maximum impact.

This is a great event for legal sector decision makers who are interested in improving their approach to wellbeing and engagement challenges and in particular identifying current or future pressures around workplace health and resilience.
