For the last twenty years, Roger has used his passion for organisational development to support businesses to improve, develop and grow.

With his experience, he offers a practical approach to implementing organisational change utilising frameworks such as Investors in People, the Business Excellence Model, Customer Service Excellence and Quality Management Systems.

He also works with organisations to create high performance cultures by exploring strategy deployment, leadership, organisational learning, process improvement, engagement and customer focus.
